In RightHub, you can review website findings in two different ways: Table View and Detail View. Both views offer a structured way to assess, manage, and take action on potential infringements. Below, we’ll guide you through the key features of each view and how to use them effectively.


Table View: Quick Overview of Findings

The Table View provides a high-level summary of all findings, allowing you to quickly scan through multiple entries and identify key details.

Features of Table View:

  • Quick Access to Information: Each row displays essential data such as the finding's title, URL, country, status, and last update.
  • Status Indicators: Instantly recognize the status of a finding, such as "Unhandled," "On Hold," "Authorized," or "Enforced."
  • Bulk Actions: Select multiple findings to perform batch operations, such as updating statuses or marking as reviewed.
  • Filters: Use filters to narrow down findings by status, country, or website. This helps you focus on specific issues.

How to Use:

  1. Browse the list to quickly assess findings.

  1. Click on a specific finding for more details or use the "Handle" dropdown for quick actions.

Detail View: In-Depth Assessment of a Finding

The Detail View allows you to take a closer look at individual findings, providing all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Features of Detail View:

  • Comprehensive Information: View details such as website screenshot, HTML source, host, registrar, IP address, and related IP records.
  • Activity Tab: Track actions taken on the finding, including enforcement activities and notes.
  • Enforcement Options: Start the enforcement process directly from the Detail View by clicking the "Enforce" button.
  • Notes Section: Add contextual notes or comments for your team.

How to Use:

  1. Click on a finding in the Table View to open its Detail View.
  1. Review the visual and textual information associated with the finding.
  1. Add notes if needed to document your review or decisions.
  1. If the finding requires enforcement, click "Enforce" to start the process.

Taking Action on Findings

After reviewing a finding, you can take one of the following actions:

  • Not Relevant: Dismiss the finding if it does not pose a threat to your brand.
  • On Hold: Mark the finding for further review if more information is needed.
  • Authorize: Confirm that the finding is legitimate or from an authorized source.
  • Enforce: Initiate the removal process for infringing content.
