How to Use Quick Search

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log into RightHub:

Start by signing in to your RightHub account. From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Brand Protection section and click on Quick Search.

2. Enter a Search String: In the search field, type in the product name, brand, or relevant keyword you want to check. Quick Search will scan for matching content across supported marketplace platforms as well as general web pages - including standalone webshops, suspicious sites that reference your brand, or pages selling counterfeit or pirated goods.

Tip: Be specific with your search terms to get more relevant results. For popular products, including a brand name or model number can help narrow the outcome.

3. Run the Search:

Hit Enter or click Search. Quick Search will:

• Scan supported online marketplaces (e.g., Made-in-China, Shopee, Alibaba and others) for listings that match your input.
• Scan the open web for pages and sites that mention your terms - including webshops and standalone domains that might be selling counterfeit or pirated products.

4. Review Results:

Results will load instantly. Depending on your search scope, you may see:

• Marketplace listings that match your query.

• Web pages or sites from the open web referencing your brand, including potential fake web shops or pages selling pirated or counterfeit products.

Review the results to identify potential infringements, unauthorized sellers, suspicious domains, or other risky content, and decide how to proceed.

5. Next Steps:

If you identify potential issues, you can take further action. This may include contacting the seller, filing a complaint with the relevant platform or domain host, or moving forward with enforcement actions using other RightHub workflows.
