Chat Function
Use the chat feature to message any user on the RightHub network, including your law firm.
Comments on Records
In the Records section (1), you can leave comments on tasks, documents, or activity feeds. To do this, go to the Activity Feed (2), type your message in the Comments section (3), and click Comment (4).
Once posted, the law firm will receive a notification and can respond within the system.
