You can easily run reports and export data by going to the Records, Tasks, or Documents section—or any list view. Then you can organise data by moving columns, filtering, and sorting as needed.
Once satisfied with the view, export (1) the data to CSV or Excel. For trademarks, you can also choose the Excel with images option.
If you want to reuse a filtered view, save it and give it a name (e.g., "My View"). Access saved views anytime from the View section.
