If the system detects that critical fields are missing or contradict the case's status, it automatically generates an audit warning.The warning appears in the records list on the navigation bar as a notification (1).
The notification shows how many fields are incorrect or missing. Users can click the "Fix Now" button to address the issue directly.

A discrepancy field on the right-hand side highlights the specific issues (e.g., missing application numbers, incorrect registration numbers)

Click on the Record reference to bring up the Record view. The warning triangle (1) will tell you which tab the issue is located, and the system will highlight the issue in red (2).
