RightHub allows you to make changes to multiple records simultaneously, saving time and improving efficiency.
Go to the Records tab (1).
Use the checkboxes (2) to select multiple cases.
Once cases are selected, a Bulk Action Mode menu (3) appears, providing options for bulk updates, additions, and sharing access.
Bulk update
Modify fields or metadata across multiple records at once.
Change titles or assign a new case responsible for selected records. We are continuously updating this feature. If a specific field you need isn’t available for bulk updates, request it to be added to the platform.
Bulk add
Perform actions across multiple cases, such as uploading documents and adding or changing parties associated with the cases.
Share access
Share access to specific records with other users without granting access to the entire portfolio.
