Configuring client portal for my customers

Learn how to configure client portal for my customers

By default, clients will have access to their portfolio features, which allow them to view their data and run reports.

You can also decide whether clients see other features, 
such as:

  • Community - network with IP professionals.
  • Academy - learn about IP.
  • Service Hub - place orders for IP work.
  • Tutorial - helpful guides to the product.

Toggle these on (blue) or off (grey) to your preference.

In the Contacts (1), select a specific client. In the settings (2), you can control additional features, such as:

  • Turning on renewal notifications
  • Enabling email reminders for the client
  • Set up currency markup for conversions
  • Change access roles
