RightHub simplifies status management by dynamically calculating main case status (1) and sub-status (2) based on key bibliographical data, regardless of IP type.
When no filing, publication, or registration details are entered, the system automatically assumes the case is in the pre-filing stage.
If you enter a filing date and application number; the system immediately updates the case status to Filed and applies an orange colour code.
If you enter publication date; the system sets the status to Published, turning it blue to indicate a published case.
If you add a registration date; the system sets the status to Registered, turning it green to indicate a completed and active case.
Enter an abandonment date; the system sets the status to Abandoned, turning it red and the case status to Dead.
Every status change is reflected instantly.
