How to organise client portfolios

Learn how to use the client picker and organise your client portfolios

Using the client picker

Located in the top left corner of the navigation bar is the client Picker. This displays a list of all clients set up in the system.

Select a client to filter the dashboard and view data specific to that customer.

Example: Switching to “Magic Leap” updates the dashboard to show only their records and data.

Viewing all client portfolios

Navigate to the Settings area (1). Select Portfolios (2) to view an overview of all clients.

The portfolio section provides a list of all clients and their associated portfolios. Indicators such as:

  • Whether the client portal is activated.
  • Total number of records for each client.
  • Total number of tasks for each client.
 

From the Portfolios screen, you can use the three-dot menu to:

  • Edit Portfolio Settings: Modify details and preferences.
  • Delete a Portfolio: Permanently remove a portfolio.
  • Inactivate a Portfolio: Temporarily disable access.
 

Or the Share button to:

  • Share a Portfolio: Share with team members or other users.
