How to set up client profiles

Learn how to set up client profiles and manage them

Navigate to the Contacts (1) in RightHub.

In the Clients tab, view existing clients or create a new one. (2) Click Create Contact. Select Company, Client and enter the company name.

Enter the contact name and email address, click Add (3). Optionally, toggle (4) to invite them to the platform immediately or leave this for later.

Grant “Viewer” access (5) to their records if shared in the future. Once complete, the client profile is created, and you are redirected to the client’s profile page.

 

Managing client profiles

Use the Client Profile tabs (1) to:

  • Details - Update client details
  • People - View individuals associated with the client. Send invitations to the client portal when ready from here.
  • Insights - Provides an overview of all records for the client and upcoming tasks
  • Pricing - Add and edit client-specific pricing.
  • Settings - Manage notifications, rules visibility, currency, and renewal settings.
 

Your client should now be set up in Contacts.

Use the Client Picker at the top of the system to quickly switch between client profiles.

Managing portfolios for clients

Go to the Settings area and select Portfolios (1).

You can now view the portfolio linked to the client and any other portfolios you may have. A portfolio might be visible, but without data or tasks initially. To share a portfolio with team members or other users click the Share button (2).
