Navigate to the Service Hub (1) in the left-hand menu. Click on Orders (2) to view all sent (3) and received (4) transactions.

As an agent, you receive a trademark renewal offer from a client. Click on the order to view details and enter the currency, service fee and official fee for that territory.
Click Update quote (5) to send the response back to the client. The client receives a notification about the updated quote. The order status updates in real time, ensuring both parties stay informed.
