Navigate to Contacts (1) and select the Agents tab (2). Choose the agent organisation you want to invite (3).
To activate and invite the agent, you must first add their email addresses in the People’s tab (4). Click the blue Create contact button (5) and fill in the information in the pop up.
Once you got all the people you want to invite. Go to the Settings area (6) and click Invite (7). You can also invite people individually in the People’s tab.
