Managing user access and permissions

Learn how to invite an user and set up user access

Inviting a user

Navigate to Settings (1) on the left-hand side and select users.

Click the Invite User button (2) in the top-right corner.

Search for an Existing User: Find users within 
your organisation.

Enter their email address in the invitee container and add an optional message. Click Invite User to send the invitation.

The invited user will appear in the user list with the 
status "Invited."

Managing permissions

After the user accepts their invitation via email, their status 
will update.

Click on their name to access their profile.

Assign or adjust their workspace access (3) and permissions.

Example: Grant "Viewer" access to a specific portfolio, 
such as the Spotify portfolio.
