(1) Dashboard
Upon logging in, you’ll see a dashboard with widgets displaying portfolio and case data.
(2) Global Search
Use the search bar at the top to locate data, case records, documents, tasks, or user profiles.
(3) Navigation Bar
Found on the left side, it helps you navigate the platform. Collapse it for more workspace.
(4) Right Panel
Access personal settings, notifications, chat, and the Help section.
(5) System Settings
Located in the lower-left corner of the navigation bar.
(6) Creating Actions
Look for blue action buttons throughout the system to create cases, tasks, and more.
