Setting up pricing helps unlock features like QuoteHub to instantly provide accurate quotations using correct agent rates.
Navigate to the Contact (1) section. Open the Agents (2) page and select the agent (3) whose pricing you want to configure.

Go to the Pricing (4) section in the agent’s profile. Click Create (5) to start a new price list.

Choose the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., Germany).
Select the currency (e.g., EUR).
You can include official fees if provided by the agent.
Access to RightHub’s official fees database is free, so manual entry isn’t necessary unless using custom agent rates.

Click Create and you will be taken to the pricing details. Fill out the form to input rates for tasks such as application, publication, registration, and renewals.

From here you can click on the Edit button (the pen) to change from the default tiered view to a flat model for pricing structures that don’t use tiers.

Prices entered are saved in real time.
Return to the agent’s profile to confirm the price list is set up.

Use the Jurisdictions tab (6) to mark the agent as your preferred agent for that country by using the toggle button (7).
When generating a quotation for filing in the chosen jurisdiction, the preferred agent is automatically selected.
