Navigate to the Renewals section (1) in the left-hand menu.
View all upcoming renewals and identify deadlines. Find the case with an upcoming deadline. Click the Handle button (2) to open the transaction workflow.

Use the modal window to:
- Select an agent from your contact book.
- Choose the classes you want to renew.
- Upload relevant documents.
- Mark cases for lapse, if necessary.
- Click Send order (3) to forward the renewal request.

The Handle button updates to View order, allowing you to track progress in Service Hub (1).
